Overview

Formal mentoring programs often use a 1:1 mentoring partnership approach.  However, in recent years, mentoring group models have also provided evidence of an excellent social learning and mentoring environment, with benefits for both the individual and the organisation.  Now is the ideal time to strengthen your approach to mentoring through the inclusion of mentoring groups or circles.  Join Gilly Johnson, Director of the Australian Mentor Centre and leading Australian mentoring professional, to find out the key points to a successful group mentoring strategy.

Key Presentation Points

  • Defining the mentoring group strategy
  • Exploring models of group mentoring
  • Identifying how group mentoring can compliment 1:1 mentoring
  • Exploring key steps to including group mentoring
  • Identifying technology that can support group mentoring.

Presentation method

To participate in this webinar you will need access to a PC, internet connection (broadband preferred), and telephone.  As part of the registration process you will be provided with a 1800 Freecall number (Australia only) and a secure website.  International participants are welcome to participate.
